During the off season, it is critical you do not use excess troop production for badge events to compete for badges.

Badge events seem like a good place to collect badges. They are not. 1000 tickets from an event yields around 17 badges of the most current officers. This 1000 tickets can be purchased for less than $20 USD.

By comparison, troop packs are VERY expensive. to win a badge event, you would need 1000-4000+ hours of troop production. this is about 1–400 dollars, PER PLAYER.

SAVE THIS FOR PREBIO OR BIOZONE PRODUCTION. if you want 1000 tickets, spend 20 bucks like every other paying player does.

Any player without a positive kills to power ratio is ineligible to compete in ANY badge event, DURING THE OFF SEASON (IE: not in bio zone), above rank 10.

1. you are depriving more active players of combat usefulness
2. you are ruining matchmaking balance by over producing troops ,See troops guide for details
3. because you have ruined matchmaker balance, you cost more active players money having to fight harder to cover up for your shortcomings.

These rules are not optional. Anyone found violating these rules gets zeroed.
